Glover has absolutely established legendary status. Although he lost to Jamahal Hill, i don't think he's lost an ounce of respect from anyone. He built his reputation through hard work, sheer will, and class act. In an age where fighters are encouraged to show disrespect and trash talks towards opponents, Glover Teixeira did it with respect and acknowledgement. I don't know if we'll ever see another fighter competing at this level at the age of 42. To me, he went out as a winner and a HOF

The biggest surprise was Jamahal’s ground skills. Great TD Defense & when he did get put down, he held his own & found ways to reverse transitions & get back to his feet.

I do agree that having a 43 vs 31 year old in mma is a vast cavern as far as stamina, durability and speed but being up there in mma years aint the same as being an old man.
