yup, it is a tank and fairly reliable, no wonder the xc90 is classified as a safest suv, it probably is classified as that even today, this is very entertaining, you should do more of these type of videos, would be cool to see how they would last without oil, the problem is some car mods dont have the oil pan that you can damage so its kind of pointless somewhat, but just an idea.
As an owner of a 2022 Volvo XC90 T8 I have to say that the game hasn't made all the details. Off-road the volvo highers its suspension and it's easier to drive through mud and rocks. In addition to that, in the real world it's proved that the Volvo has better reliability than the Defender and it's easier to control than the Defender but....as in every game. They haven't shown all the details.
Have you actually investigated this mod? There is no hybrid drive it's just normal awd and gas or diesel engines. Unless the battery pack is invisible and the electric motor hidden I don't see it anywhere.
@@SimulatorAdventures well the real suv has a electric motor between between the engine and transmission and apparently another in the rear differential which is why it looks so big on the model but if you're right then the model isn't really a hybrid.
No I mean in the mod. The real car does have a mild hybrid system but due to the complications of making an actual hybrid in beamng I believe the Volvo mod creator just adjusted the torque curve
@@SimulatorAdventures I think that's supposed to be the hybrid supercharger/turbocharger system. This thing is looking more and more like just a rebodied etk 1300, the central driveshaft is still visible where there should be batteries and that's what's driving the rear wheels not a electric motor.
You're just not a good driver mate. Be smooth with the wheel, especially with all of the weight. You're not letting your front suspension load before you start jab steering the wheel with no weight on the front wheels. Also, is there a way in the game to put the car on dynamic or polestar mode? It tightens the suspension, steering, and wakes up the gear box.
I know I'm bad at driving but at least I'm having fun 🤣 BeamNG usually doesn't have suspension settings with the driving modes, but the engine and gearbox do change with the driving mode

Its the Turbocharger that acts as the Hybrid, I don't know how but it simulates the torque I think

Check the turbocharger in the parts list. It should say hybrid
