AN ECCENTRIC car creator has built his very own Rolls Royce dragster. In this week's episode of Ridiculous Rides we meet Perti Plosila and Tony Johansen, the creator and owner of an insane drag car. Pretri built the car by starting with the body of a beautiful 1974 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow and gave it a modern steel chassis. He then added a beastly V8, a 200hp nitrous booster and of course a set of huge drag racing tyres. Not wanting to compromise on style, Petri also fitted custom leather seats in the front and back of the car, along with champagne and flute receptacles. We catch up with the car’s current owner Tony, as he takes Petri for a spin.

I hate it when Rolls-Royces are engine swapped (which is also why I hate modern BMW-powered ones). The same company and engineers that created the Merlin engines for Spitfires, and you are going to shove some crude GM lump under the hood? And, no, the L-series isn't an American design.
At least have some respect for the marque and keep it with proper Rolls-Royce power. I would be much more impressed if someone built an L-series for power.

We don't usually get modded Rolls-Royce because if you even try modding just a single bit of a Rolls-Royce you lose the ability to take it to the repair shop of Rolls-Royce can you lose all trust with Rolls-Royce and you lose a lot of things in Rolls-Royce it is so sad that Rolls-Royce has that policy but when people break that policy usually the car looks absolutely awesome the thing Rolls-Royce doesn't realise is that customising them and making body kits any kind of customisation they will sell a lot more if people were just allowed to customise them without losing any privileges with Rolls-Royce people would be buying them left right and centre to customise them I really hope that the guy who made that card did not lose his privileges I hope that Rolls-Royce approved it would be so sad if he lost his privileges for making a car that good but there is a reason they will not allow people to modify them it's because all the Rolls-Royce cars are handmade

Should of put a more traditional intake blower instead of that carbon fibre one. It does not suit the flow of the car. Looks super ugly.
