Useful video. A minor correction is required. The intercristal line (also known as Jacobys’s Line or Tuffier’s Line) is a horizontal line drawn across the highest points of both the iliac crests. Tuffier's line is not the line joining two posterior superior iliac spines as you said.

This is ultrasound-guided localization of the inter-spinal process space. I think fluoroscopy guided lumbar puncture in prone position is much faster.
