To Walk With The Son - Jackielyn Roy

This was written 18 years ago and I could still remember sitting inside the garden of the Prayer Mountain and began singing this song for the first time. The spirit and the presence of God at that moment was so intense as if God was in front of me listening to my song. I couldn't hold my tears from falling, my whole body was shaking, my heart was beating so fast because of the overwhelming joy inside me. That moment, I realized that I am indeed so blessed because I have found salvation, truth, enlightenment, freedom, hope, joy and love. I've found the Son. Our spiritual journey might not be easy. The road may be too long and tough, but as long as we put our faith and trust in Him, the last mile is just in sight. We will not stop until we reach the end.
1 John 2:6 says,
"whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked."
No matter how hard the road may be, it's always been a privilege for me and a great honor to walk with the Son. I'll walk with Him eternally.
