- Dundee United secured a Scottish Cup final place with an opportunist goal to lead the victory against Rangers at Ibrox.
A late Nadir Ciftci goal followed two first-half strikes from Stuart Armstrong and Gary Mackay-Steven to book United's place in next month's final at Celtic Park. Steven Smith's free-kick just before half-time had given Rangers hope, but Steven Simonsen's late error gave Ciftci the easiest of chances to put the result beyond doubt.

Oh, Na-dir Cift-ci! I was there, the Utd fans sang Zombie by the Cranberries constantly, very hostile atmosphere. It was the third season in a row Utd put The Rangers to the sword in the Scottish Cup.

Would it not be better for your club if Celtic looked outside their league for players, allowing a competitive league while spending money on players who are actually better? Let's be honest, John Collins is right. Your manager will be sacked. Ciftci , Armstrong, GMS were an easy option, they Struggled against European clubs at United, and at Celtic. Looks like they struggle against Scottish clubs too!. Aberdeen look strong. Maybe weakening them could win you the title, but maybe allowing them to stay strong would make for a competitive league and surely this is what Celtic fans actually need if they want to see their club progress in Europe!!!
