Nice , Our setup is very similar only difference is our table doesn't tilt so we use gantry crane with suction cup hoist to pick up slabs and move to fab area.
We also still use the Luan strips but getting hard to find , so are trying a new product to template with good results so far.
Our shop is in lehigh valley pa

Yea we started out with a blue ripper rail saw and a non tilt table with arms that the slab sat in and then we tilted it by hand on top the table, very scary and sketchy lol

We are a CNC wholesaler in China. Do you need more bridge cutters and CNC machining centers

Why do you trace the template with white pen and remove it? I leave the template right on the slab and cut right around it. I don’t take it off til I’m done cutting all my pieces.

steven clark we trace them out so they don’t get ruined in the process, we check them to the tops in the fabrication station as well

If you're off the mark you'll never know. By using paint pen, you can tell how accurate your cutting is to the template.
