In Order to do the Gates that are deeper to the overspillage Level in Kindaruma we need to dig deeper that area around the Dam when doing the artificial only for the Walls of the artificial river to have a Strong foundation,,,, After leaving that area well cemented with Steel in between laterally and horizontal to that deepness of overspillage Level, evacuate that area,,,,then Precasts with a Strong foundation all the way to Wajir, Water Harvested from Mount Kényaga without Silt please Wajir is to Practice Agriculture with it While heading to Garissa.. ...

This artificial river can be constructed in Situ with steel and cement, koroga Simiti na Foundation Strong, kisha, sehemu zingine tukiwa tunaelekeza Maji Wajir kisha Garissa. Turkana iko na Water Body, kwa hivyo tunaachia Maji hiyo, kwenye Sehemu katitikati ya Wajir na Turkana.
