just was reading other comments and I find it a shame that some people just have to be negative and put others down no matter how good something is! I really cant understand some of the comments putting this down! there are way too many other truly bad things to complain about.

No :14 looks suspiciously like Photoshop . It's beautiful but I personally not sure if it is real. Way too realistic . No:18 is a masterpiece. One of the best tattoo's I have ever seen

Works of art are usually painted on a canvas, so they mean to use your body as a canvas for amazing tattoos that are another form of art.

They are real watch the show tattoo artist and you can see them doing them.
Hold up a sec. It depends on the Artist! Don't trust their books or photos- those can be easily faked, shared and even just printed from the net just to get your money and the Tattooist could totally ruin everything and yes, you'll still have to pay. There's nothing wrong with going in and watching them, but if it's someone you don't know being inked, you'll have to watch from afar, don't take it personally, but you can ask them about their experience(s) after if they feel like talking.
Find out if they've actually got any ACTUAL training/ Accreditation (not just apprenticeship either- while it's true some are very good, if not amazing, there's also plenty who go from sweeping to inking with no training at all of any kind and they seriously suck! Like stick figures would be an improvement!
Tattooist's MUST get shots (immunization's to protect us and them) and it's done by a Health Dept more than not. Didn't get their shot or are they sick? I wouldn't chance getting one done if that's the case! You can easily call your local Health Department to find out if they've been approved, gotten their regular immunizations and even if they have a license to practice or not, maybe they got revoked or fined-possibly jail depending on what could have happened (dont fret, as I said- most are good but sadly there's ones who screw it all up for the rest of us!. You can also find out thru your state or province!)
Do your research! It might be far more worth it to take a 2 or 3 hour drive to get something by a true pro that knows what he or she is doing, than just going down to the corner.
What type of Inks are they using? There's been a series of certain ones that have been found to be crap and can cause cancer- again, a very simple net search can turn up this result! Usually the FDA and even possibly the CDC in the states can also provide that info and you don't want bad ink, trust me on that. You're body can also reject it.
Allergic to a certain dye? Again, simple research, but there are those who can't have any red dye of any form- food or skin, I know, I'm one of them.
Please don't go in drunk or even try to barter the price down! It's hard work and it takes time, resources, and much more! This is just a huge no to any good Tattooist!
Some don't mind kids there- as long as they are VERY well behaved, and no, we don't babysit-ever. Some only allow one, maybe two friends or fam max- this isn't some bday party celebration afterall, and even if it is, don't bring in a ton of people please! They not only become a distraction, but far worse things can happen. Have them wait outside or better yet, at home. You can always snap a pic and send it to them!
Fill out the forms, show your ID and please don't lie! This is for our safety just as it is for yours!
Yes, you can be asked to leave, but you will have to pay for all work done! If you smoke, bring gum or a sucker- you can ask to use the bathroom (we all understand that! But don't plan to go outside to smoke as we're not stupid- we know you'll ditch out fast without paying up! If we actually know you and can trust you (friend, fam, awesome customer for a LONG time, etc) then some might allow it.
Please don't bring a TON of stuff with you and if it's soda or water, well, we don't want you drunk or it to spill everywhere so have it sealed with a lid!
While we dont like whiny lil pansies, remember It's YOUR body, you have the right to know these things and more! If it needs to be repositioned, have it done but be cool about asking for it and be specific to better help us out! Even if it needs to be flipped, made smaller, etc. It's just a small part of what we do tbh, and yeah, it can take time, but I'd say it's worth it.
Please tip also! This is how we make money, so if someone has gone above and beyond anything you've imagined, Def tip and tip well (I've tipped over $200 for good ink job thats on my thigh and the tip- yeah, it was just a bit less than the actual Tat, but to me it was beyond worth it!)

There is no tattoo that would make me want to turn my body into a canvas. The Bible in Leviticus 19:28 forbids tattoos. I want to obey God more than anything else. Besides, the Bible says we are made in the very image of God (Genesis 1:27). This is a great honor. That means we look great just the way we are. Leave perfection alone.
