Any tips for acne on the back and face tried every spot cream tried every tablets from the doctors tryed changing my diet and nothing has worked nannyskely suffered from it for 32 years had it since I am 19 now I am 51 totally destroyed my confidence thinking people are looking and laughing at me because of the spots and acne scars any helpful advice would be gratefully appreciated nannyskely
Go back to your Doctor, and get him to refer you to a Dermatologist. I had acne as a teenager. ROACCUTANE tablets cleared every spot. It works. 6months max or 12 months you have to be on them. It's the best treatment for acne.
Aww! I do not suffer with that terrible acne myself, but I swere by exfoliating with bicarb soda in shower. Put on your hands about 1 teaspoon and rub all over the face. Xx

I'm in UK and have had aids about 15 years since 60, yes free go to your doctor and tell him the tv on full and your kids complain haha
