They should be doing this everyday, but CA legislators and the state are known to protect sex traffickers rather than women and children. They know that this brings in tourism and money to the state and so they choose to turn a blind eye. Also, some of these legislators are known to use prostitutes that may be human trafficking victims. Just look at who was friends with Jeffrey Epstein.
You can't help those attracted to a large event where they are preyed upon by predators when a large event isn't taking place.
