    Sir. 1% x 10A = 0.1A. So if current is shown as 10A then current is between 9.9A and 10.1A

    Hai bro,
    We are using both metering and protection CTs in series ( at same feeder). So at the Fault time, how the metering CT behaves ? Is it get saturated?
    Another doubt, what happens to metering CT if protection not operate during fault ..

      Protection CT's are designed to have small error during fault condition ,so that they can be Correctly reproduce the fault current for satisfactory operation of protective relay ...

      Even below 1% of load, CT ratio error will not exceed 0.5%. 0.5S class CT will use for sensible metering circuits
