This story of Mr wambugu here remind me of the Series by name (The Shooter) where the Cartels/Deep states they continue with inhuman things such as mass killing and backdoor businesses and they are untouchable. For now am more worried that the life of Mr. Wambugu might be in danger for these cartels trying to clean the mess they did. N nothing will be done to them BUT their generations are cursed. They will die like animal they way they make others to suffer.
