I raced on this track in Tourist Trophy before GT4
I live 20 km away from the Nürburgring and sometimes work there on the weekends during the season. The Nordschleife is the most fascinating race track ever. The central sanctuary for the god of speed. And in the 2020 season, with my 2010 Fireblade, I'm going to sacrifice gas to God of Speed and spin as many laps on the Nordschleife as possible.

I miss it! I could go there everyday after work with an pretty empty track from monday til thursday, but its still too risky to hit oil. What a start when you went there with a bike for the first time... seeing an other bike down... It feels bumpier with the bike, doesnt it? Bump at 8:59 was always brutal! Speedometer showing 160 with kneedown and then both tires in the air for a moment on that bump :D Good job in checking your mirrors!

Murtanio because of the change of oil first I didn't want to ride... but yeah had to do it :p so it was a good first lap ?😇 yeah the track is a lot bumper with the bike. My suspension is proberly a bit on the hard side cause it was still at Assen settings :p but what a track! It a awesome rollercoaster

For your first time round that was a pretty solid run, good job man. Glad to see you posting videos a bit more frequently, hopefully you can keep it up as they're a joy to watch. Anyway, keep up the good work and when those subs that you rightfully deserve come flooding in don't let the fame change you. Besides, you won't be able to ride your bike too well if your head swells ;-)

Well done. And good on you for not feeling challenged by the other racers. I can’t say that I wouldn’t have tried to get around them (and crash myself in the process) merely because they were around me. Time attack is the best type of race - racing yourself. Kudos.

Really good ride for the first time on the Nordschleife! I was racing an R6 back in the days on trackdays an I was quite fast back then. But I didn't understand the Nordschleife until today an I rode quite a few laps there on bike and by car. So, nice Video, thumbs up!
Good lap. Awesome video angle. It looked overcast. Glad it didn’t rain. It was nice to see some cars you could pass that weren’t trying to go for a lap record.

Ben je met auto&motor op de trailer naar t circuit gegaan? Of vanuit nederland zo naar Nordschleife gegaan?
En ben je begonnen met bandenwarmers en speciaal afgestemde vering?

Beetje late reactie van mijn kant. Wat op de baan gekliederd word merk je niks van, olie en koelvloeistof wel.... Ik was in de eifel een paar dagen aan het rijden en kon het niet weerstaan om toch de ring op te gaan. Ik heb de banden goed warm gereden voordat ik de baan opging zonder bandenwarmers (Dunlop D212 GP racer). Vering is volledig aangepast en afgesteld op mijn gewicht
after you pay to be able to get out on the track, how many laps are you allowed to do before you have to pay again???
I like your bike, i like that you didn't speed up because you don't know the track, i like the quality of camera and sound, i like that you kept looking backwards and let others pass, and that you filmed from a good perspective. To all the people in the comments saying they know the track because they know it from theire computers : GOOD LUCK !!! Hopefully you won't kill others upthere !

Nice, I plan to do this next yr. can I ask, do you need leathers all round on tourist days? I ride in motorcycle jeans and leather jacket and sports boots etc.... will this be acceptable? Bearing in mind I just wanna do a lap to say I have done it. I won't be breaking any records but understand there are other risks, I.e ppl coming from behind. Just want to make sure of the rules before I go without leather trousers. Cheers,

Awesome! You were fast. I think it's more important to have a fun experience than trying to push it to the max when you're not in a race.
I think the bike laying on its side had a rider who likes pushing it to the max. I hope he/she or maybe non-binery is ok.
Well done. That's a track where you don't push too much. You enjoy an aggressive riding without exceeding your own limit, everyone should go like that on the nordscheife :)

Basically this track is also known as Green Hell Because of its deadliest tough corner 1 by 1, when you got a little stretch then again you got a tight corner. In this track a Car should be a good performer.
No turn indicators makes hard to gauge the distance to slow down for the turns. You did pretty good handling them for your first time.

Wow!! For once i'm glad i wasn't riding because i would have needed to stop for clean boxers at a few of those corners!!! If i ever manage to get back on my bike i won't be going there, I'll stick to roads with twisties. Thanks for the thrill. Ride And Stay Safe.

This was with my old gopro 4 black and a deadcat around it. I still have problems to get good audio out of my newer GoPro 7 black

Neem aan dat je op de 'simulator' al wat rondjes hebt gedaan. Erg vlot gereden voor de 1e keer, doe ik je niet na. Staat nog wel op mijn lijstje, maar of ik dat met de motor ga doen?
MrMarcie heb lang geleden een paar rondjes gereden met mijn auto. Maar wist niet zeker meer hoe de baan liep en met al die hobbels is het heel erg anders met de motor.
Was in ieder geval mooie ervaring. Vind het een erg leuke video. Ik ga maar weer eens verder oefenen op rFactor2.

Then it was really impressive for first lap man, to perfectly remember a 20+km track, one would have to ride atleast 20 laps I guess :) And hehe, maybe I should try recording like you next time I visit it :P

The nurburgring is my favourite track... Its long and its awesome... I love raceing on it in assetto corsa lol... But god damn i hate that i dont live in germany and cant really go to it some day in the near future... I also hate the fact that there is only one track in my country and its schedule is preatty full...
