Good stoppage. Great ref
Solid fight.. Love the pressure from Jack Della
Great fight by both fighters and one of the best stoppages I’ve seen in a while
What a knockout!!! 😳😳👏🏼👏🏼
Good fight. Excellent stoppage, JDM off to great things in ufc
Who's watching it after his UFC Contender series fight ??
Future killa
excellent ref
You did well Luke. Hold your head high homie
Good bout between two very strong evenly matched young men. Jack was just a little faster with his combinations of punches and elbows. Jack also had good take down defence and was able to escape and transition in first round. Luke did well and will no doubt continue to improve as he shows a lot of potentiial.
yea was a great fight
@@mmaforever594 and jacks smashing people to bits in the ufc now
This guys gonna be a real problem in the UFC
fucken sick fight
Jack vs Pippi Longstocking
I hope his leg is okay, ref should’ve pulled it gently, not twisting it even more
mad shit
What a ko!!
Firstly, I just have so much fat that it is like I am wearing padded clothing in the ring. I'm about 210kg of bodyweight right now. At 5ft 6in. In addition, when I was 75kg in bodyweight I use to curl 10kg dumbbells. I did this for half my life and I would go do weights training and even do triathlons all the time. However, just recently over the last 3 years I have increased my body weight to 210kg. And I now curl 16kg dumbbells for 8 reps. I even believe with training I will run triathlons again at this new bodyweight.
your not gonna be able to run a km let alone a triathlon at 200kg, you gotta lose weight your gonna die bro
I'm up to 24 kilogram dumbells for 6 reps.
I never use to lift more than 10 kg dumbbells as a 75kg triathlon athlete. Now that I recently bulked up over 3.8 years to 200 kilograms. I now curl 24 kilogram dumbells.
And you would still get whooped by both these guys in the video, so your comment is meaningless and irrelevant.
Eat up a hundred kilograms heavier and work on your six pack all the way up their. And maintain two hundred kilograms body weight. Add a hundred kilograms of momentum on to your hips.
The fuck is you talking bout?
Having a higher weight catagory or body mass. With just fat.

crack
Ok, if the 100 kilogram bulk does not make complete sense to you I will explain it a bit more simple. For example, if you want a 150 kilogram muscle sculpture you first need 150 kilograms of playdoe. You can't have a 150 kilogram muscle sculpture if you don't have 150 kilograms of playdoe. In contrast, if you want to be 150 kilograms of muscle you need 150 kilograms of bodyweight. And that is why we bulk up 100 kilograms.
