I think Claressa Shields really wanted to have a good friendship with Alycia and be a good mentor for her. Although Claressa fought with Franchon Crews, they still have a neutral respectful friendship; and Claressa wanted an similar relationship Alycia but Alycia do not want to take time to earn her way to top. Alycia is somewhat similar to Damian on Creed III, the movie lol ; and that's how you can get knock out cold at the end by being too arrogant.
