For me it's a business which i would prefer over a job but might not be suitable for everyone. Business does seeking a lot, some qualities must be present in a businessman in order to run business successfully and sustain in a long run.

Without these qualities, business either can't be scale up and witnessing degrowth, become a burden and steal happiness from one's life or in worst case, it will force u to do illigal act which left ur journey end up in a jail.

@umang I've readed it and i recommend it 100 percent. Even being a 14 year old this book helped me alot to plan my future and find my purpose. It was my first book and best I've readed so far. I'm currently reading Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant which is like the advance part of RDPD.

In my perspective, I believe job is better in current world. Anything to start from scratch for business needs lot of efforts and obviously capital. Continuing the existing business which had gained good will will work but something to start from scratch without experience especially in business is risky. And to add one more point as you mentioned the job opportunity is given for free. Well the experienced gained by job is unmatchable and this is what brings good financial returns over the time.

The main difference between Job & Business is :-
In job the person having single source of income, while in Business the person having multiple source of income.
In investment there is say that "NEVER PUT YOUR ALL EGGS IN ONE BASKET".
So, job gives us pleasure for a limited period of time, but after the age cross 45+ the same person will switch for a business for stable the life of their Family.
