#Ford ABS module repair. Some Ford may exhibit abs system failure also. Communication issues because of this module. Now when doing DIAG ensure you have good power and grounds to the module and ensure the communication lines are good to the module before attempting this repair. This repair is risky.

Hello, in my 2011 ford fiesta, I have the error u3000, I have already removed and opened the module.
I should do a reflowing to the IC chip ?

Yes but you need to be very careful. And use a good quality flux
