$300,000 in Texas but in cali it’s $700,000 + and not even by the beach

It’s a vacation state and we have the freshest produce, we export more than importing. Not a bad thing to do
I did move out of Cali to Texas but now I’m back. Weather sucks, property taxes are high and there isn’t enough infrastructure. Cali isn’t that bad.
You export more than you import ! So does that help your inflation, gas prices, food prices, crime, open borders and dump climate change requirements! Didn’t think so ! California is great for vacation ! But living there is getting harder for people
