I am currently shipping wellness shots and I freeze my products for at the very minimum 8 hours but sometimes longer . I think you just gave me so much hope for my business in this video. Really good info here. With my business, the biggest hurdle I've encountered is shipping cost. Because my items need to stay refrigerated, (part of my business is pre-formed cookie dough)I haven't found a solution that I can pass along to the customer. I currently use USPS or UPS. As you know, overnight shipping is very expensive. Most people are not going to spend $40-50 just on shipping for a product that's costing them $25-30. This time of year I can use standard, or 2 day air, but during the summer I can't.
