should've extended the m52 to westwijk for some real long-term planning, maybe let every other train terminate at zuid
a price not invested in public transport now is a higher price to be invested later, this has been the case on numerous occasions in my home town of hamburg alone

Line 51 was much better than line 25. I think number of passagiers dropped a lot due to:-
1) line 25 only operates a short distance from Zuid to Westwijk while Metro 51 served the passengers from Centraal Station to Westwijk
2) interchange from line 25 in Zuid is very inconvenient for people especially older people and also people with accessibility problem due to the long walking distance to the Metro to Centraal Station and
3) sick passengers going to see doctors/specialists in VU ziekenhuis can't take this line 25 because the VU stop has been cancelled and these sick people can't walk so far for the interchange.
