  • Review of the Logitech G Pro X gaming headset after a month of PC testing (although this set can also be used for Xbox or PS4 console gaming, and hooked up to a smartphone for some mobile action too). Here I cover the mic quality, sound quality, design, Blue Voice software and everything else you need to know on the G Pro X.
Don't be put off by the premium price tag or the clunky name. This is one of the best headsets you can grab for your PC rig right now, offering a surprisingly subtle design, comfortable long-term use, and crisp audio and mic action. It's plug and play for both PC and console, so you don't need to worry about any setup hassle - unless you want to use the Blue Voice app to control the sound of your voice, that is.
Are you tempted by the Logitech G Pro X? It's definitely one of my favourite gaming accessories right now, although I can only recommend it to serious enthusiasts - for anyone who just wants a quick occasional blast on PubG, there are plenty of other headsets that will do the job just fine for less than half the cost, from Logitech and others.

For some reason, when adjusting my Pro X the voice recording doesn’t play back in Logitech G Hub.

The BlueVoice in software is a bummer. without it the microphone is "average", but they are comfortable as F. It does allow you to set the DAC settings, and then plug the dongle into another PC and supposedly keep the settings, but I don't know for sure if it works yet.

I'm thinking of buying this headphones or a mic blue yeti nano and keep using my sony wh-xm3... I can't use the mic when i connect the Sony's via jack and some times have troubles with the Bluetooth connection... It's a hard decision. :)
