Some stuff I wanted to share from my findings. It's a long read so avoid it if you don't like reading.
Like, it's super super long that I had to split into many comments.

Since I don't have O.Nodoka for the first team, I need to divert most of the attacks from Neru with Utaha's and Hifumi's EX skills. That's the base concept of this team.
To simplify, at phase 1 Binah will do 3 sets of autoattacks before using a skill, which means there isn't enough time to get 5 cost for Hifumi, so I am forced to rotate Utaha ASAP then Hifumi at the start.
Thanks to Neru's SS mood, she will always block Binah's autoattacks as long as there are covers. Though they only last for one single AA.
      Easy to understand, right?
Now let's move into some intricacies of the run itself.
00:18 - I drop Utaha away from the team, no biggie, it will make the laser whiff on everyone but the turret itself. While it would be nice to have it up for more damage, not having to heal my units just yet is more valuable.
00:25 - This is where things start to get interesting. I could just aim Hifumi's EX in the same spot as the turret I placed earlier and it would do just fine, but I purposely aim at those covers at the top right side because I want to destroy them, I even went as far as to level her EX from 3 to 5 so I wouldn't get stability issued (yes fuck you stability debuffs). More on that later.
00:36 - In comparison to my previous run, this is the only team I'm gonna be using before Mika. So every little improvement such as animation cancelling from reloads matter here. I will wait for Neru/Pina to reload and use their skills. Basic but overlooked concept, still brought me damage improvements at the end.
00:39 - Casting this asap with auto, doesn't really matter where I use this but it can't be in front of Neru, this Utaha turret has to stay alive until the missile targetting goes off. Using on auto is of course faster and will give me a bit more dps than manual, and it stil places it in a good spot for me.
00:49 - Binah's missiles will target the 4 nearest units, the turrets spawned by Utaha's basic appear after this "targetting lock-on". But since the main turret was there, it will take up the targetting that would go to Pina, leaving her unharmed.
00:53 - Wait for Hifumi to reload and drop her EX skill. I aim to break the rock at the bottom specifically, but not the yellow cover near it.
01:01 - Junko's action queues after her Basic triggering will be to take the last yellow cover left. I wait a bit for her to walk down just a little and use her EX to keep her in place.
01:03 - Hifumi's cover breaks from Binah's missiles, and just like Junko, after using her Basic she will first search if there's a cover avaliable that is not currently in use, and there is so she will move all the way down to take it.
01:06 - Right after Junko recovers from her EX skill animation, she gets personal space checked by the cover-seeking Hifumi, so she steps in the opposite direction to keep her space. If you mistime Junko's and Hifumi's EX timings, Junko will move to a far, unwanted spot instead.
01:12 - I have to finally use a heal as Binah's ATG bar is almost full. This is the reason I wanted to keep that cover alive, so Hifumi could get in range for Ayane's medkit AoE.
01:17 - Junko's immortality lasts for a generous amount of time, so healing her is not needed for this, plus I can make full use of her Sub skill by keeping her at 1 HP for a bit longer.
01:36 - Since Neru will always take this hit, better to wait so I don't heal too early and she takes extra damage.
01:44 - Hifumi LVL9 Basic is not scamge :KoharuCopium:
02:01 - Have to wait until the fire runs out and Binah does 3 AA so the last laser can be properly baited, otherwise it just kills standing on it LOL
02:04 - This Hifumi EX is solely so I can build a tidbid more cost to use Neru and Junko, plus Hifumi herself because more damage is always nice.
With all of this, despite not having O.Nodoka, I was able to push this team to deal nearly 2.2M, which is just barely enough to allow my next 2 main teams to do their job properly.

About the Mika team, nothing too fancy worthy mentioning... but I guess I could do some anyway
This team focuses on dealing damage while cancelling missiles as opposed to sandstorm (like scorechasers do), as missiles have a higher multiplier value, and them being multihit tend to be more dangerous crit wise (e.g.: your Maki dies way more often than not).
03:34 - Delaying Eimi's EX as much as possible so she can recover more HP in total and stay alive longer, again, nothing too fancy.
03:37 - Believe me or not, this sandstorm crit on Maki was actually beneficial, as after transition she gets the shield instead of Akane.
03:47 - This last combo is probably what you're looking for when running this specific setup. You want just the right amount of groggy built and still have enough damage to force the transition before you fire the second Mika EX. The reason for that is you can't built too much groggy for the next team, and firing at Binah during his transition animation doesn't build groggy.
04:12 - Right now all I want is to get the boss as close to 10.0~.3M and also as fast as possible, since Maki already used her last paintball and I'm gonna rotate Akane, the fastest way to rotate back to Mika is if they both die, which will happen because of the sandstorm crit only on Maki.

Maki main DPS team will also cancel missiles but this time mostly due to the circumstances like the HP stages Binah is at, and the fact that I'm running two 3 star units, one red one blue armor, so they're much more fragile than UE units.
05:17 - Noa's EX skill cycle is not linear like Akane's, it starts at 40s duration but after every Basic usage you only need to cycle it every 52,84s (with max sub), which means that in total I only need to use her EX 4 times in the full 3 minutes, which makes rotations more interesting.
05:29 - I don't know the absolute exact frames for this, but I just aim to use Ako on Maki slightly after the paintball leaves her hand. That way her autos get buffed for most of the duration of her own Basic.
05:41 - I try to delay Noa's EX here as much as possible, it's not super clutch but makes more use of the full duration of her Sub.
05:49 - You really don't want too much groggy from the Mika team because you need to cancel this set of missiles. I wait for 5 Maki bursts and then I fire her EX, since cancelling AA is usually a DPS loss.
05:57 - This S.Shizuko timing has to work in a way that delays Maki's paintball as much as possible. That way you can line up future Ako buffs better, since what usually happens is Maki using her paintball before you get 3 cost for Ako's EX, and again you lose damage that way.
06:12 - Again, I delay this Maki EX just a bit so it gets the S.Shizuko's Basic buff, which helps in bursting out extra needed damage. Basically paintball, then 6 Maki bursts, then EX.
06:18 - Because I delayed Noa's EX earlier, her buff is still up so you basically lose no damage waiting for Binah to be targettable again here.
06:20 - Might seem funny, but this Ui EX on Haruka is due to the other 2 targets still having her buff, and the fact that I won't use Noa's EX again after the next one, so I use Haruka to cycle instead (copium damage).
06:24 - Again, if you didn't delay a previous Maki paintball with the S.Shizuko EX timing/place, Maki would've used her paintball even earlier on than now.
06:46 - Very delicate part here. You don't want to push Binah below 4.9M HP before his laser animation finishes, because that will instantly trigger the missiles that are in his action queue, you have to purposely delay this Maki EX just enough so Binah recovers and the HP threshold hasn't been met yet. You can use his AA jiggle animation as a tip.
07:00 - Because you delayed Binah's animations, his laser is now off cooldown again, and it will take priority over his missiles skill, preventing your units from die prematurely and still keeping more cost gen for one last Maki EX.
07:03 - I messed up this S.Shiz drop. You want to pull Ui away from the laser and keep her near Maki, but I failed in both of those here.
07:07 - I did prevent Maki from cancelling or using her Basic too early though, so that's good enough.
07:36 - Stupid forfeit. Zero reason to do it with less than 2.566s left on the clock as I basically gain no time saving and lose the passive buffs from Maki while her bullets are flying, meaning they do less damage than if she was still alive.
Pretty solid run for this team, it's very hard to manage the perfect P3 transition and still get extra damage after the transition, but besides the Ui basic fluke at the end this is good enough.

Onto the next team, I have no idea what I was thinking and why it worked.
08:11 - Binah has 13% chance of critting Azusa and killing her immediatelly, which happened here.
08:19 - Azusa is D mood Outdoors so she has 30% chance of blocking Binah's AA while in cover, meaning that even if she doesn't get crit, she will die on a second AA aimed towards her.
08:26 - 3D geometry is weird so Shun is actually closer to Binah and takes aggro now. Thank you yet again for your sacrifices.
08:33 - Garbage 0/2 crit Karin EX but it's ok, I just want to chip a bit of Binah's HP and there's less DEF down now so it doesn't matter too much. Hasumi has to crit though, that's why I wait for her reload as always.
08:43 - as long as there's two DEF downs up, I just need Karin to deal more damage after the sandstorm. The reason I brought S.Azusa is cause she can survive the sandstorm on top of her sub, otherwise I won't be able to use Karin's EX if everyone's dead.
08:53 - I'm aiming for 2.8M here, 2.9M is really pushing it but maybe I could get that with the final team. 2/2 Karin is yummy. Sadly no idea what else would be faster and still make use of the Azusa DEF down that is not a striker so this is what I went with.

Last team... I'll be honest I didn't really learn much about this one, I just bashed my head until it worked. I have no idea what is the optimal rotation, and since I could never fit in the groggy where I wanted, I couldn't save the extra T.Yuuka cost with it. Welp
      09:21 - Delicious miss, 3,33% chance btw
09:30 - I just went with a safe, delayed rotation but still tried to keep the heli buffed as much as possible.
09:36 - Idk how but Midori can shoot the ground below her and hit Binah while nobody else can (as long as you target her EX before Binah actually becomes untargetable).
09:43 - Gotta be careful to not summon the heli too soon as you repos your team, cause it can steal the targetting of future T.Yuuka repos skills from Midori. Had it happen a few times.
09:52 - Cherino tanking is optimal. Those crits hurt T.Yuuka real bad.
      09:57 - Cope it's not a lot of crits.
10:02 - This garbage move alone is enough to kill many many runs. Too many T.Yuuka crits means she will inevitably die sooner than you can control. Since Binah often does a combo of missiles > sandstorm or vice-versa, you won't have a shield in both, requiring you to fully tank one of the two skills. Too many crits means T.Yuuka just gets wiped or will end up like this: media.discordapp.net/attachments/1066655353158250548/1155346449484218388/image.png
10:06 - Goofed hard here. Wanted to make sure I wouldn't repos to the wrong side but lost cost by doing so. Using repos earlier would save them as the laser is already set in a specific target line this moment.
10:18 - Kinda bad repos too as T.Yuuka is again tanking. At least I got a 5 hit Kotama so surely that's something...
10:32 - Again because I didn't cancel his ATG I'm left in a weird spot with T.Yuuka not having too much health, and not having the shield up to tank this AA. And I have to rotate the skills anyway so this first shield is basically a waste.
10:41 - Very, very careful to not cancel Kotama's Basic. This is incredibly overlooked but I believe it's the only reason running this team is even possible. Binah has so much ATK that it easily kills anyone in this team if it crits just a bit, so having an ATK down skill like this helps wonders in general. It's just perfect.
10:57 - Yes I could've waited just a bit more to use this. Kinda misplay from my part but I thought the next burn would kill the heli (I don't know how to count). This would've saved like idk, 3-8s from this run.
11:00 - Midori is in front now which is terrible because the Kotama buff does not reach her here. Yet another part of me not properly learning this team.
