Hey Sean and Heather I have a question!! 😄 my channel is still small (155 subs after 1.5 years of weekly posting) and I have been trying to follow your advice of hitting 500 subs before applying. Currently I'm setting up my videos so that anything that COULD have an affiliate link I can change and update in the description once I have an affiliate program. Do you think that is worthwhile? Or is it potentially not effective since it wouldn't be a direct CTA to click the "affiliate" link. I simply mention that "links to this is down in the description". I'm super excited about the potential for affiliate marketing for my channel. I would love to offer fitness and weight lifting products such as dumbbells and home workout equipment. Currently one of my top videos is a Bluetooth headphone review.
I guess with just a PC and screen capture software. I could affiliate the setup and the phone I use as a mic.Thanks Sean great stuff.
@@DadBodFitness Sure thats a great idea. Then you go back and replace with affiliate links later. Because right now you can just link to the products (so your audience is still getting the best experience) and then later you can switch those out to your affiliate links.

I’ve built a successful full-time income with affiliate marketing using blogs, Facebook pages and now CZcams. It’s possible, just be consistent and persistent.

Its not a sub count - its more of a branding thing. You want to make sure the affiliate program you are signing up for sees that you are brand.
I have a dog trailer that I have video I get 35 to 40 views a day but no one buying what am i doing wrong

great insight - if you are making videos for an audience outside of your country then you should be able to sign up for the program. We sell things on Amazon to people from all over the world. We just signed up with each country.

The affiliate is great to earn money but in my Country do not have any affiliate company to provided affiliate program. If I want to earn money from affiliate I need to find other Countries that have provides an affiliate program. Sean, do you have any advice that the countries that don't have an affiliate program. How can I earn?
Hey John! Many people I know sign up for the US and Canada affiliate program and collect the money in another country.
The key is where you audience is watching from and buying from. Not necessarily where you live.
There is some stuff to set up. But that is one was to do it.
