Otago Boys' High School Tama o le Aisa: Otago Polyfest 2021

Otago Polyfest 2021 is different. Run under Covid 19 Level 2 conditions with no live audience and livestream only. The tamariki adapted as tamariki do and so this vibrant celebration of Māori and Pasifika cultural performances including kapa haka and waiata performed by groups from Otago schools, was held at the Edgar centre in Ōtepoti Dunedin. Since its beginning in 1993 the Otago Polyfest has become a significant annual cultural event for Otago preschools, schools, high schools and whanau, encouraging participation and positive cross-cultural relationships. Everyone is welcome - nau mai, haere mai.
