In my opinion this video is feeling more and more like, it's the "World of Tanks" meets "Team Fortress: 2" (The fleeing French EBR-75 Tank acts like the French Taunter mixed with the Spy from TF2) meets "Grand Theft Auto" (notice the the pursuing tanks are acting a lot like Police Cars).
The russian accents are just too funny and everyone who did the voices did gud aswell
