(Spoiler) Man, it hurts that Dr. B didn't quite make it out of pools. Dude is seriously one of my all-time favorites and is extremely innovative with S-Groove. Still, 7th place in Evo is nothing to sniff at!

I just realized that the dude in the first match picked Evil Ryu, is he a legal tournament character or did just nobody realize?

Didn't realize until after the match was over lol. Since he lost, it didn't make any difference

The special characters are. I didn't realize until he lost, so it didn't matter for that first match

So Evil Ryu, U Rurgal and Shin Akuma are banned in tourney play.

Yes, no special characters when playing on consoles

And also the console version had 2 ex grooves. Two grooves you can edit. You would have to clear the survival mode to get it and it also unlimited points. Which is for sure not allowed in tourney play.
