I flew Bangkok to London on the 12 June The check in staff were very good and helped take my elderly sister to the departure gate and arranged priority boarding. I have flown Eva Air many times but this flight seemed different. Maybe they have changed the seating in economy but they seem thinner and less comfortable. Not sure how often they deep clean the passenger cabin but the interior just didn’t smell clean. The pockets for the safety cards and magazine often become a rubbish bin and need an anti sceptic spray after each flight. The inflight food was served well and tasted ok for economy. However , the tea and coffee were insipid and plain water had more taste to it. Otherwise, the flight was ok and on time.
Not preselected otherwise the leg room seats are quite pricey. When we checked in we asked for leg room and how much. For no reason they offered it to us for free. Pure luck. But thank God because what a relief. Not sure if because it was our 4th international flight with EVA that year. Maybe it had some bearing. I don’t know.
@@LouieBoy yeah they are very good and now they allow afterpay where you can pay for your flights in 4 installments instead of the full ticket but of course that is if your account is old enough and has enough power points

Do you book directly on the eva airlines website? or do you use some other site eva airlines?
I booked through Expedia. It was cheaper
