Cycling in Hackney: Amhurst Road

I went the wrong way at Hackney Downs so the video cuts.
Anyway, I do wonder how Hackney imagines all vehicles to suddenly disappear at Hackney Central with the scheme they are bringing in which is essentially just a repaving job. Putting lipstick on a pig?
