the slugcat had been separated from their family by deadly rain, go through a landscape with deadly creatures 10x their size while escaping the deadly rain every few minutes, climb a dying mechanical god, enhance their brain to now even comprehend a whole new language instantly, have a collapsed god's fate in their hands, which they can either eat their literal brain, or give them more brain, go into the literal center of the planet to swim in the worm pond, just to be deleted

At this point, whenever the slugcat goes, it curses the surroundings to start creating apocalyptic events every so often
Slowly dies of heat exhaustion, but potions or water bottles for temp relief, take a cauldron bath for longer relief, and shelters have water & ice
0.75x speed sounds like even more banger music! fits better with rain world's tracks.
