    My husband died this year, we were together almost 44 years! It was a beautiful companionship, a friendship, it was bloody beautiful life & I’m so sad & lost without him. But, we didn’t suffocate each other! I occasionally had my time & he worked & had his time.........We were very close but we both needed our time to do our little things, sports, going out with our ‘own’ friends, being alone to have our own thoughts 💭 I felt that this poor lady was suffering from his suffocation? It’s nice when you show kindness but he was a passive aggressive bully! He had demons & he killed her. R.i.p lovely lady 🌹

    "I don't recall what was in the trunk." This was an excellent juror question.
    Probably everyone on that jury drives. How many do you think have a pretty good idea of what is in the trunk of their car? All,I bet.
    Todd did not answer that question immediately, he thought about it because he is guilty and took the pipe out of it but cannot say that, he also knows that he went around back behind the vehicle to get to Barb when it would be much easier to go around the front which was on the road, he also knows that the trunk was opened. Even if he forgot opening it,which is ridiculous, the jury wants to know why you did.
    Claiming you don't recall just annihilated any shred of truthfullness to anything you have said throughout this case, proves you to be a liar and makes you look guilty beyond any rerasonable doubt.

    • @shootembadguys5688
      @shootembadguys5688 Před 3 lety +2

      While I think he's very guilty, I honestly couldn't tell you what's in trunk of my car right now.
      A coat, a bag of clothes, a box with some stuff (I think), and a car jack. I think there's some other stuff, I'll have to check tomorrow as I'm now curious.
      Anyway, not knowing or remembering what's in the trunk of your vehicle =/= murderer or liar.
      It doesn't prove anything, ESPECIALLY beyond a reasonable doubt. There is no annihilation of character because one doesn't remember every item in their trunk.
      I still believe he's guilty, keep in mind. I'm just saying that not remembering the contents of your trunk has almost nothing to do with proving beyond a reasonable doubt that everything they've said and argued is now annihilated.
      That said, impaling your wife with a pipe DOES equal murderer, though.

    My guess is that they thought because there was no motive, he had a chance putting him up there and looking pathetic.
    I admit, I see little motive here. Which the defense is clearly highlighting , is what their side is resting on and what the prosecutor is playing down or ignoring but what the defense ignores are the massive questions jurors will have with regards to why Todd is sticking to a BS story over the windsheild repair. Dude, no one has backed you and it made zro sense from the start. The whole pipe story defies physics, its simply impossible. The jury wants to know why you lie about all this if you were innocent you would tell what really happened.

It wouldn't be inconceivable that his prints might be on the passenger seatbelt or fasten but then again he said he never wore his so if she drove and he rode, he wouldn't have touched it. I'd be curious to know if he said he did have to remove it and no prints were on any of the mechanisms. This might have tripped him up to make up another lie.

      @@rayray8687 I heard the attorney say to him, "You heard the testimony from your dad where he said, blah blah blah and the son said "Yes I remember" I'll try to find it for you
