My AU (MANGA SPOILERS)
In this Alternative Universe Giyuu, Uzui and Sanemi has passed away.
Uzui: Died because of poison cause by Gyutaro (UP6) Tanjiro and Nezuko was far away from Uzui so Nezuko was too late to save him from the poison.
Giyuu: He was killed by Akaza (UP3) before Akaza committed suicide.
Sanemi: He passed away because of the fight against Muzan. (He was about to go to heaven but he saw his mother - - - - - he happily led her mother to Hell along side with him)
Shinobu: UP2 didn't stab her through the heart but she was injured that led her in pain, Douma was suppose to eat her but Kanao and Inosuke arrive and saved her. They also found a way to kill Douma with wisteria poison. The poison thats inside Shinobu was removed with the help to Tamayo.
(Kanae is alive but retired)
Muichiro: He was able to dodge the attacks of UP1 but has alot of injuries, especially his stomach (The sword/katana wasn't able to went through Muichiro because it was stopped by Gyomei)
Gyomei: The Demon Slayer mark curse was not true (my AU)
Kyojuro: He was able to receive the Demon Slayer mark and managed to fight Akaza until UP3 ran away because of the sunlight. (Saved everyone from the Mugen Train)
Mitsuri & Obanai: They were able to survive with eachothers help.

This isn't a reverse ending.. it a death swap..a reverse ending would just be muzan winning
Its called Hashira Reverse ending it means only the hashiras swapped, if you're able to understand the part where they saw Nezuko it means she has turned to human thats why they are confused if the death was swapped nezuko wouldn't be alive because she might have died early in season 1 and if you will also noticed the AU explained in the desc or video it only shows an explanation about the Hashiras.
