Laal chawal | Authentic garhwali red rice

So now we are going to cook red rice for you which grown in Garhwal. The most amazing part of this rice is that it grows in the scarcity of water. It is high in protein and good for the eyesight.
In order to cook this first, you need to clean it multiple times and then soak it for not more than 15 minutes. We will first add 2 and a half glass of water to a glass of red rice.
