Adding 6" Satv Portals and 37's| 2020 Polaris Rzr Highlifter!

  • We took our 2020 Polaris Rzr Highlifter and added 6 inch portals with 45% gear reduction, 37 inch bkt tr 9.5 wide, 300m ball joints, hd tie rods and a frame stiffener kit all from Superatv! This thing is a beast now!

    Looks great. I did something similar to my 2018, except I am running 37" Motohavoks.

      @@LCPowersports I like them a lot. They pull great. Plus, I think they ride smoother on the hard pack than the BKTs.

    Do think u should've went with the 37x10x20 or they wide enough,r maybe 40x10x22, it looks damn good jis like that tho

    it looks like the rear driver and the front passenger rotor are on backwards
    look at the fin directions

    So how wide was it? Thinking of doing the exact same setup but your wheels look like they have more offset? My trailer is 76.5” wide and I don’t think it will work… 😞

      Close to 80 it would barely fit on my trailer and it is 82in wide

    What part number did you order for your front diff super atv has told me that they don’t make one for a 2020 Polaris rzr highlifter ?

      @@andrewjones4916 I went with the oem diff. Having the portals takes alot of stress off of everything drive train wise!

      Ok thank you for responding. I am just trying to find something different I have gone threw three front diffs with the stock outlaws on it.

      I got the rims from wild bore atv and the tires came from my local atv mechanic Butler Atv&Repair

      I haven't ever done it on gps but I'd say at least 65 70 the speedo shows 92 but it's not correct. Honest opinion, it still rips and feels just as fast. And the torque is unreal!

      I also want to know how fast. I have highlifter xp4 with 37 no portals. Like my speed when needed. How much did you lose if any?

      I need to do a video where I test the top speed. It's still fast enough for me though and the torque is insane
