I have the Kingsong 16X which is 16". a really good wheel with loads of torque. I have the S18 as well, which I love given the suspension adds a new dimension. I have just ordered the Master, we will see.

Thank you Mike! IF it gets more range than the s22 it would definitely be a replacement for myself, I believe the s22 has about more power and more to give with it's higher voltage system. For my use T4 is winning hahah as the the s18 this wheel is a bit wider and a bit heavier so it would be a great upgrade but it not really "comparable" in my book of you were still looking for that light, nimble, small suspension wheel.

As far as the s22, what about that rumor of the motor recall plus all the other problems that it had? @@mikeintampa250 s18 is already obsolete there are few distributors like euco that have it left on there site, alienrides doesn't even list it and supposedly it's only going to come with the smaller p42a packs moving forward for anyone carrying it. So in that aspect yes it replces the s18 however if you already have an s18 any love how small, light and portable the wheel is it might not be worth the upgrade specially since you'd lose A LOT from selling your s18 in the current market To address the s22 I have seen NO motor issues personally. I heard ewheels is putting out more scare tactics on the s22 which includes the motor. I have seen and have friends with board issues and haul sensor issues(guess you can consider this the "motor") but I myself have had no issues with either of my wheels. I believe a lot of the issues on the s22 are steming from the kill switch handle and the sensor they used for it(this is just my observations). In my opinion still if you don't need the MOST powerful wheel I would still personally take a s22 over the master. The adjustments, engineering, design elements of the s22 wins in all categories to me. Because I can print parts is one of the only reasons why IF the T4 gets more range the the S22 I would consider owning 2 of them over the S22's simply because size and weight and my usage of the wheel. Mine you with the stock pads the pedals don't fold up well on the T4 making it take up as much if not more space in a car than the s22 😉

I had to take the top part of my master apart this weekend to take voltage readings, it was a relatively straightforward and painless process. I like how they designed it. It seems like the batteries could be easily replaced if needed.

IF you could get your hands on a second set of packs it would make for a cool weekend getaway/long range wheel for either case. Mind sharing your voltages? Is yours changed to 2 parallel 2 series?
Nope, I updated my master and it went to crap back when I owned it so since the wheel works, there is currently no issues and the display reads in mph I don't want to risk it unless I NEED to lol
I keep looking at T4v3 S18 special batteries, and 16X. Not sure what to go for, reliability is important but I also want to ride at around 45-50kmh reguraly
You're price range is what would help me help you. Right now the commander pro mini is going to be an amazing wheel depending on price. You're going to lose range on the s18 high discharge variant and the suspension is okay (I prefer a coil shock on it) for ease of shock replacements the s18 is far superior than the T4. The T4 is a great wheel with substantially better range than the s18 however with recent discoveries the speed is reduced greatly on the T4 as the battery starts to drain, I was getting beeps at 30mph at 85% battery... A little disappointing. The 16x is a well round fan favorite but kinda a wheel of the past at thos point but again your price is the determination here. Personally I wouldn't own a not suspension wheel if the mten4 wasn't a thing. I will probably also pick up the A2 but right now what's on my radar is the commander pro mini and it HAS to weigh under 70lbs for it to make sense to me. Now dding a s22 and a t4 I would hands down NEVER trade my s22 for a t4 and the weight surprisingly isn't that noticeable between the 2.
Good video but I would recommend you either bring up your narration audio level or drop your b-roll riding footage audio when the background is high. As an older person it is hard to pick up low voices when the ambient sound level is high. Mahalo.

The wheels top speed is 37mph so depending on your weight this would be the max speed depending on battery Begode is really good about letting you do max speed for a large percentage of the battery of the wheel. I'd say safe on this wheel would be 30-35mph until you get down to about 25-30% battery
Think I’m gonna sell my S18 and replace it with this T4 this looks like a great mix between off roading nimble and range and size , returning my S22, had a bad cutout because of a new controller I had to instal because of charging issues, the new controller had some issue and had no warning, completely random cutout so I’m asking for a refund I don’t trust that wheel anymore so this wheel looks like something in between both wheels which sounds great for me
I have a video going up Monday from some very harsh offroading with extreme inclines and the results will speak for themselves in the T4 =) That really sucks about your S22 and issues others have been encountering...it's a mixed bag on IF they were actually ready for production or not.

And yeah it’s a bummer I think they just tried to bite off more than they could chew with the first high performance wheel plus going straight to 126v skipping 100v idk but yeah hope they get their stuff together I know a lot of buyers aren’t too thrilled, was a great wheel when it worked though so hope this doesn’t happen to too many people I lost a lot of trust in that wheel after this incident , my s18 has never had a issue though so who could anticipate this Have a good one man ride well!!

I am considering getting the KS 16X or maybe this T4 . the KS 16X has no suspension so i thought the T4 with the suspension is a better choice for me . as a 270 I think I need a bigger unit so I was thinking the inmotion V13 is also a good option.

I would suggest the CNC sliders and the upgraded proper sized shafts for the s22 tho. I never wear anything but my helmet lol I have motorcycle pants, rip stop long sleeve with pads, dual axis elbow guards, dual axis knees guards, wrist guards you name it and I only ever put my helmet on most the time hahah nad YES I have been in bad crashed, snapped my arm right in half at my radial head and separated all my ribs from the supporting cartilage on one side of my body
The only way the T4 could be worse than the S22 is if it was coloured and tasted more ‘lemony’ than a pure, organic, Sardinian Island lemon, which is in reality itself a far distant second place behind the S22. Look at all the S22 problems and motor issues (sure, the T4 is not without its own issues, but compared to the KS S22? - C’mon!)
I've had no issues on the T4 or more s22 but the T4 also hasn't actually hit the market yet like the s22 so there is no way to tell at this point if it can/will follow suit or not. I doubt it because it's based on a 100v old Begode system and the master which has its kinks worked out but right now biggest thing for me is the range capabilities on it. If it's get 30-35mi then it's not very practical for it's price other than for offroaders and short distance riders.
How's the ride feel on the T4 going 40mph? You know.... since you're comparing apples to oranges here with the S22 ;) I understand why you're doing it but the title is a bit click baity.
Not really because not everyone uses their wheel to it's true full speed. I.e. myself ove owned the master, Sherman, s22, etc and I only casually ride at 20-25mph and occasionally ride at 30+. So 40+ isn't your average wheel house for people specially off roaders. However to answer your question I believe the T4 only does 37mph top speed and have not tested it's stability and easy of cruising at such speed yet. That will be after my range test =)

I turned my S18 to S18XL, 1440wh .I was going to round it up again to 1800wh but I rather just leave it and buy the T4.

I will do more testing here this week. I have not gone above 20-24mph yet on this wheel so I can't advise on the stability at 30-35+mph yet.

Reason it's not is because the ks22 is meant for jumping and the t4 isn't great for jumping. So the comparison is like apples and oranges
