But as a engineer I am suggesting that we have to set blower or pump in bottom side after steam generation part so energy is less consume
Emagine that how much more energy is required to create vaccum in whole bed for suction but if we set blower in bottom there is no more energy is required

What is the difference between Fluid bed dryer and Tray dryer? Which one is more effective?

In ordinary Tray Dryer, heat passes through longer distance whereas in Fluid Bed Dryers the heat passes through floating material and vapor diffuses through a small distance, due to this the material dries very fast.

Finger bag different different micron ke hote hai . Depend karta hai ki kis product ke liye use kar rahe hai, etc . Kuchh size mai aapko batata hu like 80 micron , 30- 40 micron , 3- 5 micron , 10 - 15 ,
15 - 20 , 25-30 microns etc .

Ha ji bilkul damper laga rahata hai ye jo damper hota hai ye blower ke baad laga rahata hai . Jab blower running condition me hoti hai to ye damper open rahata hai taki air bahar nikal sake and jab blower stop rahata hai to ye damper closed rahata hai taki bahar ( atmosphere) se koi particles/ Dust ander n jaye .
