Lone Survivor - Left 4 Dead Death Toll (Expert Difficulty), Failed Finale?!?!

I got killed during the finale of death toll as I got on the boat my player character decide to faze through the boat and gets killed, taking my win away for this chapter, (I might do this again but for the mean time I will continue with the other campaign).
