Hey Koko, I tried Swiffer Dust & Shine Furniture Spray - No wax formula, and it worked like a charm. You should do a video on using that, pledge, and baby oil. Thanks for the info.

I have found that windex works great for bobo balloons. I haven't tried it on other balloons. So I'm not sure if it will work.

It has streaks because you are using your hand. If you use the tire cloth it might not have streaks

What about balloons that with hi float will it work?
I only have worked with high float once and I bought metallic balloons, so I didn't need the shine. That is a great question!

@dougsilva8603 it does make a mess inside. So I would use a painters drop cloth or do it in garage on concrete.

Its called Isoplus Oil Sheen hair spray!

For real. It's like adding cooking oil to a hot surface, it's just going to bake the balloon faster!
