Yeah.. I think it does. The reason its tough to see is because you are probably comparing it to UFC, which is not a good comparison. If you compare power slap to for example Invicta, the numbers will start looking a lot better. If you compare power slap to other promotions that only just started, Power slap starts to look amazing.

Powerslap has eastern european origins.. so that's about say 1B of potential viewers living in that region of the world.. and it wouldn't surprise me if some random demographic normally forgotten suddenly appears to embrace Powerslap.. right? I honestly feel this so called "Power Slap" is a stupid sport, but so were boxing and wrestling. As a kid, I thought wrestling was real, but later I came to know that it's not. However, boxing is real and it is one of the dangerous sports ever. I can't believe a life threatening sport like boxing has become so popular across the globe and especially in the western world. To me, power slap is as stupid as boxing. Boxing fans will argue that the opponents can defend themselves in boxing, and therefore it is not a stupid sport, but ignore the fact that one deadly punch can end someone's life. Now when I say this, some people will argue that such unfortunate incidents could happen in any sport, but they fail to understand that the injuries caused in sports like boxing are not accidental, the punches are aimed with the intention of hurting their opponents. My conclusion is, if power slap is designed like wrestling, then it could be a fun watch, otherwise is plain stupidity.
This host, guest, and sport may be the dumbest thing ever. Fox sure knows their audience.

I'm a UFC fan and have been to several shows along with some minor league shows called UCW they used to have in Fairfax, Va. but this is just garbage.
How could a guy who has the smarts to start the UFC also think this is a good idea? A nasty open field tackle is tough; standing still while a stranger tries to inflict head trauma is just beyond stupid and very weird honestly.
