Do one future 8 song over and over again, until you can get 9900000+, then do the same for another ftr 8, rinse and repeat Oh and turn off your internet connection before you start the song, only turn it back on when you finish the chart and get at least ex rank, that way you would never lost potential
I am not sure what the base potential is, but I am sure the higher number gives you more potential. Playing with thumbs is relatively harder than index fingers :)

솔직히 할시온이 10.7인거하고 셰리루스가 10.6인게 제일 이해가 안가네요 퍼텐셜 레벨 책정을 어떻게 하는건지... 그래도 덕분에 셰리로 11 초반이었을 때 퍼텐셜 올릴때 엄청 도움되더라고요
