I love the super Mario start up effect on the drone !
you could also just purchase a really bright led by itself instead of the whole flashlight and probably get better quality for cheaper. Additionally you're going to want to keep that chunk of aluminum since it acts as a heat sink. The rushing air over the led during flight will help with heat dissipation so might not need one quite as big but you'll definitely want some sort of heat-sink, could simply mount it to a small chunk of aluminum bar stock or something.

Is this a BEC? Like the new iflight BEC 5v-36v?
can you use 'vtx pit mode' in modes tab now instead of coding in CLI?
Yes there is a VTX pit mode switch in the modes tab 👍
I have tried this and it didn’t work for me. Has anyone else tried this? I picked up a drone and this was working before I needed to update to 4.4 for GPS return and now the light just flickers.
