basically the whole time jungkook was in love with y/n's personalily. Denisse pretended to be like her sister y/n, her role model, because she knew that that was what he liked. When he confessed to her (that thing about y/n saying it was a lie to distract her since she wasnt denisse at the time to experience it) denisse was so happy yet so sad because the physicaly body being confessed to was denisse but the personality that hew as confessing to was y/n's, her sister which is why she was crying in the car.
When Y/n becomes denisse0.2, she finds out that jungkooks love was real and eventually finds out that her sister denisse0.1 was acting like her to attract jungkook. She eventually falls for jungkook but was scared to tell him about her being y/n and not denisse0.2 because she wasnt sure if what jungkook really fell in love with was her sister's fake personality (y/n's personality) or something else that truly belonged to dennise0.1
