What are the ways to get regularised when someone is overstayer in UK?

Strongest routes is you start a family, as an overstayer you’ll not be allowed to get married but you can cohabit with your partner (British citizen or EU national) and have kids.
If your circumstances changes back home that your life would be in danger if you’re returned home, then you can apply for asylum, you’d have better chances of getting a positive asylum decision if you can provide evidences of threat to Life back home.

Well, if you watch my video for the sake of understanding, you’d see I stressed the fact that, one must explain their immigration circumstances to their EU/EEA partner, and allow their EU/EEA partner make a decision if they want to go on to establishing a unit with you. Hiding your immigration situation from your partner and marrying her/him for the sake of staying in the country is ofcourse disgusting

@geranienbaum it will unfortunate that you find someone you love and care about and you know in your that they equally Love and genuinely care about you but you refuse to marry or be with him/her because they don’t have papers to stay in the country (mere papers!)
There are also fellow Germans that marry fellow Germans and divorce ends up in divorce

@geranienbaum you’re absolutely right, people do that, it’s also important that you do your due diligence before giving yourself to someone, however people that manipulate people just to stay in the country (thinking they smart) always get dealt with by Karma, only a matter of time. However I believe when you live with someone for a while, your spirit reveals a lot to you & some people also ignore all the signs and still go ahead and take the risk

@geranienbaum yes there’s a difference but if your non-EU partner explain his immigration situation to his/her EU partner and the EU partner think about it and still decides to carry on to building a family with the non-EU partner in that case there’s absolutely nothing wrong, as long you’re giving an opportunity to make a decision
