Little dude has a big future as a poker player. Went almost a minute-and-a-half before giving up anything.
My respect for the family that let him take in such a profound new experience without the usual barrage of questions and "What color is this" for every shirt in the room." I think his mom knew this could and most likely would happen and the best way to help him was simply to give him a mother's love. I wish every kid with correctable color blindness could have access to these glasses. Very touching video.
Broke my heart. These glasses should provided free of charge. No one should have to go through life not seeing the beautiful colours. Happy he can now see what able sighted people can see. Best wishes.
There's so many things in life that we take for granted! What a beautiful moment! Thank you for sharing! ❤
So many things we take for granted ! We should look at life differently and be thankful for every thing we have and enjoy life at fullest . This is what I get from watching this video !
Made this 50 year old man tear up. 🙂
Someone hug him!
Oooohh.....the tears stung as they came out watching that!! 🤗 The silence just made it even more emotional!! Bless him!! 💙❤💚💛🧡💜🖤
He is a very strong person even if he did cry he is crying because of the Joy he sees the world of what it is truely made of,I for one am excited for him.
I think seeing color, for the first time, is such a shock to our emotional system, that we HAVE to cry. All of us take it for granted, but can YOU imagine going your WHOLE life and NEVER seeing a sunset???
Thank you Father!!!!!
Give him a big hug lady!
They get "Family of the Year" award for being sensitive enough to allow the boy to go through his profoundly moving experience--a once in a lifetime experience--without interruption, a barrage of "What color is this?" questions, or worse, the "Are you crying? Aw, look, he's crying. Here come the waterworks." comments. They just let a parent provide some reassuring support. You can see that his older brother was also moved by the experience.
The quietness of this one hit me extra hard when his head went down 😭
Sensory overload....
The everyday miracles we never think about...😮😅😂🥰
Thank you for telling him to leave them on!!!! Everyone's first reaction is to take them off and put them on over and over.
I cried with him!
Awww he’s happy you deserve it buddy
To every person thinking of posting one of these. Take notes, thus is how you react. Allow the person to absorb this amazing experience without all the laughing, questions, and demands.
Flip those glasses up and down all you want young man!
Made me very emotional !!!!
2:03 How I felt after watching “Open Season” from start to finish for the very first time.
Anyway, if I have something nice to say about this video, this child is lucky to finally see colours for a first time. Amen.
Clap for the boy you know you have the clap for the boy
I need to start chopping up my onions under running water or something.
How does he know the names of each color if he's never seen them before?
Not trolling ~ but sincerely curious.
They probably see very dull hazy versions of the colors and they put the glasses on and all of a sudden it's very bright, clear and distinct colors.
Wtf, the boy is sitting on a chair in the middle of the room with everyone watching and recording him while he sits there crying
Nice 👍.
❤❤❤
Ive watched so many of these videos. I never understand how they know the colors of they have never seen them before. Also there is always someone bossing them around and telling them what to do. It doesn't take away the emotion for me but I just kinda feel sorry for the poor guy.
a bit late, but most colorblind people aren't fully colorblind, they can still see a few colours, some dull, some grey.
Im at work on my break, stop making me cry! Haha
Awwwwww😘😘
Super reaction, cool!!
He's crying because, he's going through his own emotions, here.... *The struggles to see colors can blind the world!*
How do they know the colours when they have never seen them before? It's a puzzle.
If you watch the video again, you'll see that on the box on his lap, there are circles of different colors and labels below them and they blew up baloons that are the same colors.
how do people that never saw colors recognize them?
The poor kid was crying because everybody is staring at him and he’s embarrassed
NOT true! He's going through his own emotions, here.... *The struggles to see colors can blind the world!*
All comments: He’s colorblind but knows colors? How?
I am colorblind. When your colorblind, You can’t really such any color but when looking without glasses you see a spec of colors. I hope that made sense.
This video is faked. So traumatic for people who suffer with this condition.
how did he know the colors of the balloons eventhough he had only seen objects in monochrome
Colour blindness is a spectrum.
Some are monochromatic, some can see only 2 or 3 colours and some can see them all, just a very washed out and dull version of it.
I would suspect this kid was the latter and was able to see intensity for the first time.
Cool video 7-31-20
He doesn’t cry cause of the colors guys... what’s wrong with you all
The sentiment was there, but damn, that stone cold emotional silence from the family is just deafening!
VR experience
Deberian diseñar pupilentes para este padecimiento.
Out of all this kind of video, this was awkward.
Looks faked. How can this boy who has never seen colors, label each balloon?
Happy for the boy but this particular video is exploitative. Made me sad to see that the parents posted this. Hundreds of others are very different and are fun to watch.
😭😭🥲🥲
I'm confused. How does he know the name of all the colors if he's never seen these colors before? I am confused! A ton of these videos have the comments turned off and I read several comments of people slamming these videos because they are "faked"! I'm confused! Are the glasses some scam someone is pulling or are these kids really seeing colors for the first time? How can these kids name colors they have never seen before?
The glasses are real. I think there are varying degrees of color blindness and perhaps they see very washed out versions of what we do. I’ve seen other videos where people have no idea what color they’re looking at.
No confusion here. This video is faked. A person who has never seen colors cannot label them to any object. A person who is seeing colors for the first time gets highly emotional.
Rayne Kimi You haven’t seen enough of these videos or understand how colorblindness works. A lot of these people name the colors because there are varying degrees of colorblindness. Some can see faint shades of certain colors and are able to differentiate based on their experience. Don’t take my word for it, go watch the other videos.
@@raynekimi2755 Not everyone who is experiencing strong emotions acts like a drama queen.
@@donnahughs9749 Wow Donna, you have a lot to say. You know empty vessels make the most noise. Put it mildly if no one has seen colors, they can't label them.
dân chủ lâu lâu cũng có được cái clip cảm động, nói gì nói vẫn không ưa lũ dân chủ này nhé :)))
I wonder if all colour blind people are related, distantly or otherwise, as it's said to be a genetic disorder.
I love the fact he's trying not to get emotional in front of his family at the start, he's probably a bit embarrassed, but then it suddenly hits him and all those feels just take over
