List of Ingredients
Milk - 4 Cups
Cardamom - 4 Pieces
Butter or Ghee - 2 Tablespoons
Pistachios, Almonds, & Cashews - 1/4 cup each chopped
Dry Dates - 1/4 Cup Chopped
Vermicelli - 1 Cup
Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1/3 Cup

I always boil milk for 1 n half hour n get the milk reduce to half after boiling n den i put my sewai and sugar n dry fruits ,people come to visit my house on eid day just to eat my sheer khorma,it is so creamy and yummy
