Same here. My mum and I did two of these videos together -- I need to loosen up my body as part of physiotherapy after an accident left me lame and increasingly very stiff. We do Qigong as well which is similar but done standing up.

Your professionalism is so evident in these videos. You don't make false claims about hour glass figures and what not and it is clear that you care about our health and ability to function even though we could be half way accross the world. I work in a physicaly demanding field and love doing your 10-15 minute pilates work outs in the morning before work just to align myself a bit better.

I am starting a journey of fit by 50. I was in my 20's and early 30s very active and did Pilates regularly. Life, nursing school, and kids happened, and I haven't' done Pilates in YEARS. I forgot how wonderful it feels, and I wanted to thank you for how authentic and genuine you were as I eased back in to this wonderful practice. I anticipate I will do this basics video for a while until I get more comfortable. I almost never comment on You Tube. But you were so awesome! Thanks.

Hi Jessica, I'm a Christian man, and I have lower back pains and stiffness in my hips. I lift weights, so I recently started trying out Pilates with your beginner videos to try and enhance mobility for squats and deadlifts. I found the exercise on my side doing the clam shell leg things extremely difficult. I'm only 35, but I believe if I practice, my form and comfortability will improve. No instructor on CZcams seems as patient and forgiving as you seem with your virtual students. I just wanted to say thank you for helping us, and keep up the good work! I appreciate your lessons.
