I’ve never been a huge palette girlie but between ensley reign and Bella Beaute bar lately I’ve been converted!! I am reaching for them nonstop
I wasn’t going to get this one because I don’t particularly like holographic eyeshadows but I’m officially sold, I don’t care for the holo particles but the color story is so beautiful and I can totally see myself traveling with it. I love the colours of Viseart Dark Mattes but I’m not a fan of the formula, so this just makes so much sense. I LOVE your attention to lighting and details!
Omg yes this will be a really good one to travel with! I can already tell I’m going to reach for this for the mattes often. I’m indifferent about holo shades but I do really like the assortment of multis in here!

The indie brands have really been killing it this fall ‼️
I don't usually balk at prices but an obvious way to cut cost would have been to have created at slightly smaller palette. This could have been 12 or 16 shades and still gotten the point across.
I agree, it’s excessive. The mattes and the shimmers could’ve been condensed
100% agree. Thats why I have yet to try them..Their pallets are already crazy expensive I'd rather have a smaller pallet for less $ and all the influencers get it for free so it's nothing to them 😂

I like how sultry the colors look. I haven’t tried this brand yet but I like some of the shades from the palette. It looks like they make these available as singles so I’ll keep an eye out in the future. Your videos are always so good🥰

Thanks for the very detailed video! I have a lot of similar shades 😅 But I do agree that Ghost Moon is uniquely shifty compared to its similar shades. I have Flower Moon and it seems that their shimmers do lean on the flakier side.

I think I'll buy this as soon as it gets to Europe, it's totally my colour story. The mattes I probably have in similar tones, but I have nothing like those shimmers!! And the fact that it has removable pans is a plus for me as well, so I don't have to depot and magnetize the palette myself! I hope the pans are 26 mm large, like Unearthly, Lethal and other brands', I love to mix up colour stories 😊

I’m bummed about the pans not having labels though. Definitely not the only brand to make removable pans and not label them, I never get that.

I was really interested in this palette at first, but I think it has the wrong ratio of light to dark shimmers for me. I find that I don't wear deep shimmers all over my lid (just in the outer corner) so I really need more than a couple light shimmers in a palette of this size. But it does look stunning. Ensley Reign's website says they make "most" of their products in-house, so if these are a house formula instead of private label, that helps justify the price imo (although I wish they listed that information for individual products because there's no way to really know unless they say). I'm not against private label brands, but I'm willing to pay more for something unique. A super helpful video as always!
I def think it’s only worth the investment if it’s 100% right for you! I do wish that brands who do private label and handmade would specify for each product, I agree
Angeschka has a video that explains the difference really well, if I remember correctly, there is still a lot of effort and customization and creativity involved in producing a private label palette, so I think she was a bit annoyed about people not really understanding what it means 🤷🏻♀️

Most multichromes are now starting to look alike to me. I have HUNDREDS and I know I have many dupes, but I'm over all these releases that look the same. They can only do so many shades at this point 🤷🏽♀️😂
Lol same girl, same! Totally agree. I also have hundreds and hundreds of em and it’s hard to find truly unique now, unless you just mix them together or add another element (like Holo sparkles) to them. Still though, this does have a few that are harder to dupe and love the mix of them together. Now I have to go dupe the crap out of these vibes lol.

As someone who doesn't have a lot of multichromes and avoids buying them bc of the $15-$18 price tag, this is worth the $88 to me. I'm also at the point where I know what colors I like on myself and I am very picky about adding to my collection. 💸💰⚖️ Among the many mainstream and indie releases so far this fall, most palettes have been an easy pass bc I either have the colors already or the color stories aren't for me. But this color story adds to my collection and I can see myself wearing it all yr round. 😍💐🍁🍄🌱 So it might be $88, but I haven't bought much since spring and don't plan to buy much for the forseeable future.
I don't own any big palettes bc I don't like holding them, packing them, having overwhelming choice, and often getting repetitive shades, but I made an exception for this one bc it's magnetic, the color story is really cohesive for easy mixing and matching, and bc there are so many special shades I like and don't have. 🤩🖌️🎨
I love this palette, I think my issue with pricing is that this is a Private labeled palette. We often pay more for hand mixed, and pressed, which when sold as singles that’s much more doable.

I was going to pick it up anyway, but your videos and comparisons always help. I'm not sure this would work, but the purple-y shade you showed that you couldn't find a dupe for? I wore the new lavender multi chrome from Glaminatrix (they released six singles) would be worth a swatch. I'm not in your kind of analytics so I'm not great on all the formulas, textures, and shifts . .. . but if you have it, you could check it out.
I haven’t tried glaminatrix yet surprisingly!! I’ve been waiting for the right release. I’m gonna go check out that lavender shade now though!

Really into both Moon shades and Flannel and Forage. If this was in my budget I would be buying this, but I need to love 100% of shades to buy at this price. That is why I do not own a lot of palettes that have mostly multichromes - odds of repeat shades are not favourable. Also, I realise I am not a fan of bright warm shades with holo.
Do you think Tombstone might be Phoenix pigment over vermillion base? It is really pretty, and this is coming from someone who hates orange shimmers.
Is 'decidious' misspelt 'deciduous', or a different word? 'Deciduous' is trees/plants which are not 'evergreen', so I think maybe it is?

I think you’re def right about Decidious hahaha I tried looking up the word before filming and couldn’t find anything so I just assumed it was a reference to something obscure I didn’t know about. Deciduous makes more sense and fits the theme 🤣
I really like it and would get it but I’m bothered by the idea of paying $$ for 6-8 week preorders. Like just stock a palette, preorders just scream to me that the business isn’t sustainable and never had enough cash on hand. I want to use this palette tomorrow, not in like mid to late November.
I think for me I could only see myself reaching for the shimmers, mattes are easy to find. I don't know if the brand lists the weight of the shadows, ie how much product you get in each pan. These look like they're 18-20mm pans, which usually don't hold a lot of product, maybe 1 g. An eyeshadow single would still give you 1.3 to 1.5 g of product, so really the cost per gram isn't going to be significantly lower, so it might just even things out. I would argue it would be better to start selling some of the shades as singles, as some other brands have been doing recently.
They’re 26mm squares but I’m not sure how much product is in each pan, you’re right that it would definitely make a difference in the cost

It must be a reformulated because this one isn’t released yet and has square pans! Weird that the old one is still available on the website
