This isnt a history of RA. RA morning stiffness is 1hr or 30 min at least. Much more morningstiffness rather than the worse with activity causing it to swell. Very rare for a pt diagnosed ten yrs ago to be on prednisolone as the only medication. But good history on the impsct on activities, I definitely didnt dig in enough to this in my consult. But that case had nerve pain too.

What about chest examination looking in particular for what is called ( Diffuse Parenchymal Lung Disease ) associated usually with RA .
In station 5 , you dont have time , so just auscultate chest esp back
New station 5 is 15 minutes so you might have time now to listen to bases.
