In this vlog, I shared days in my life living alone in Nigeria as an introvert.
This vlog started on a Sunday and ended on a Saturday. However, I would not say it’s one of the most productive week I’ve had but I guess that’s fine too or maybe not. :(
I satisfied a certain food craving by cooking it & also enjoyed switching some leftover meals up! love love!

I really like watching your vlogs because it shows the reality of day to day living in a country of which I have very little idea. If you live in Europe like myself, you don't see big mainstream vloggers from non-western countries being suggested to you, so there is no content like this coming your way. And I appreciate your content for that. For instance, it shows the big problems that some countries like Nigeria have with drinking water or the power outages. Here in Spain a power outage is a rare occurence at best and to shower, you just turn the water on, no need to add disinfectant or anything like that. You said you overreacted a bit when the power came back on, but I totally understood your joy, everything we do at home is so dependent on electricity and to be dependent on a grid that's rather unstable must be very frustrating. Love your vlogs, wishing you good health and keep up the good work!🤗

Typhoid and malaria?! I’m glad your doctors and nurses made you well! I’m in Canada so that type of thing is very rare here, usually only in someone who has travelled to or from endemic areas like India or Africa. If we actually find malaria in the hospital lab I work in, it’s a very big event with pathologists being notified and everything. One of my Indian coworkers said that it’s no more scary than the common cold over there😆
OMG 😅 We are so used to it here in Nigeria, I’m currently telling myself that I haven’t treated for malaria in a while and I already made a mental note to treat with prophylactics next week
@@TheTariBrand haha yeah just a little malaria, no big deal😆. NGL I’m happy to live where the air hurts my face sometimes, no malaria mosquitoes yet! But with global warming who knows, it could happen eventually.

People love to make guacamole in the Americas. One Colombian woman I met said she finely chops tomato, onion, cilantro, mint, drains the juice of a lime and then adds salt. Of course if spicy is the preference, then a finely chopped hot pepper. Mix it all to form a paste and I love it with tortilla chips but it is delicious on a toasted bread as well.

My heart is glad to see you back and well. Those two things together can be very dangerous. I contracted malaria while in Sierra Leone in 1990, it took me a month to recover. Prayers for your health, and well done on another awesome vlog, thank you for the invite into your life.
