If successive governments can establish the enabling environment for businesses to thrive we will be getting thousands of his kind, very successful and rich. Unfortunately most policies does not encourage self reliance.
It's obvious that the government cannot provide employment for all but by creating enabling environment for businesses to thrive, such business moguls can lessen the burden of unemployment from the shoulders of government.
